According to customer’s design and drawings, fabricating by cutting, stamping, machining and bending with carbon steel, after fine electrostatic spraying of powder coatings, then logo printing and assembling with all hardware accessories.

All dimensional inspection including straightness, flatness, parallelism and squareness before surface treatment. Coat thickness, color deviation, salt spray testing, coating adhesive force will be tested after powder coating, and other testing that our customer required.
