All dimensional inspection including straightness, flatness, parallelism and squareness before surface treatment. Coat thickness, color deviation, salt spray testing, coat adhesive force will be tested after surface treatment, and other testing according to our customer required.

Different raw material are used such as carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum for deep drawing hub center cap, auto wheel axle dust shield, front wheel dust cap, which installed on wheel of truck, automobile, car, vehicle.
